About Us

At Lord of Life Lutheran Church in Leawood, Kansas, we heed the call from our Lord to love Him, love others and serve the world. The Haiti Ministry at Lord of Life involves a decades-long relationship with Christ the King Church, Concordia Christian School and Eau Christ Roi clean water project in the community of Merotte, Haiti. For years, our mission teams would travel to Merotte and spend a week conducting medical and eyeglass clinics, health education and ministries to all ages of people in the community. Due to the violent gangs who have taken over the country, we are unable to send teams but we are still able to financially support the school and water purification system.
